Evo-Flex

Utilizing the best of Yoga and Pilates, this session is designed to improve your core strength, flexibility and balance with low impact bodyweight exercises and end with a 5-minute relaxation to ensure you feel rejuvenated after every session.

Evo-Box

Punch your way to fitness with Evo-Box! This high-energy class combines the fundamentals of boxing with intense cardio workouts. It’s not just about jabs and hooks; it's about boosting endurance, speed, and agility.

Evo-Run

Whether you’re a jogger or a sprinter, Evo-Run is designed to improve your endurance and speed. Tailored running programs help you smash your personal bests, all while enjoying the great outdoors.

Evo-HIIT
