Evolve Fitness is a group outdoor training community est in 2010 in Glenhaven. We have a large variety of sessions to offer our members including boxing, weight training, pilates, fitness and HIIT sessions all designed to help you reach your health, strength and fitness goals. Sessions can be scaled to all fitness levels and we are especially welcoming of people brand new to exercise.

SERVICES THAT WE OFFER
Boxing is not only a fun way to exercise, but every time you throw a punch or dodge one, your heart rate will increase and burn calories. The benefits of boxing are numerous. Besides getting in shape, you can learn to defend yourself and make friends with people who have similar interests as you.
Weight training is beneficial in many ways. For one, it strengthens your bones and muscles so you're less likely to get injured. In addition, some studies suggest that weight training can help improve memory performance as well as increase bone mineral density.
A great way to help improve your core strength is by doing Pilates. It uses stabilisation of the body through specific movements and breathing techniques to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.
HIIT is good for your health because it strengthens the cardiovascular system and boosts metabolism. It also helps you lose weight, burn fat, and tone your muscles.
